Cover plates do not fit.
The tabs on the bottom of the fan cover are irregularly shaped. The original hole is wider at the top. You'll need to replace the casing or grommets, and then you'll likely end up with a rattle or flimsy plastic that's breaking. The rest of the radiator fits perfectly.
