The simplicity to create and utilize inventory for both a product or service line is a HUGE plus. I have used other inventory tools but always wish for more customization to fit my needs. This isn't an easy tool to use if your not tech savvy or familiar w/ excel. Look into this solution like you might be committing capital - the benefits far outweigh the implementation issues! Using Kohplan allows us as a staff to see not only our monthly totals but also how we are performing against our annual goals! This helps to identify areas where efficiencies can be realized allowing us to be fiscally accountable to shareholders and management team alike. The best part is it's FREE! However if you need more advanced functions for financial reporting or analysis then there are paid modules available as well (e.g., Budgeting). If this software has been used by other companies in its industry - I would say they have not found enough issues to dislike about Kohplan yet. This tool helps us plan our business activities ahead of time thus we can be better prepared when things change later down the line.
