Car seat holes do not match

Overall I like the product. A few questions: 1) If you want to install a car seat in your car with the LATCH system, you need to cut a hole in the cover. The holes in the cover are for seat belts only. 2) There are electric straps to keep the seat cover in place. They don't fit the seats in the Subaru Outback at all.
