It's decent. I thought it would be a little more "sturdy" to better protect the laptop, but it's basically a carrying case. It's very soft, so don't hit anything with it or you could damage your laptop. Flash stopped working. The zipper became difficult to unzip and you can "see" the zipper starting to show signs of wear and I've used it maybe 6 or 7 times. ****EDIT**** I wanted to update this review to include the customer service side of this issue. It was excellent. They contacted me to fix the problem. They sent me a new case and although it is the same item you can tell they want to do it right. So let me post this: If you're looking for a convenient way to carry your laptop/tablet, this is great. However, keep in mind that it does not offer impact protection. It is soft and not reinforced to protect against accidental drops, bumps, etc.
