First I have to report that EQWOL compensated me for the purchase price of this charger in exchange for an honest review. I was happy to do this as I love evaluating new products and had no hesitation in testing the device. Ultimately, I was happy to meet this company as the product exceeded my expectations. I don't have many native devices or USB-C cables, so I had to buy an additional adapter to test the device on a wide variety of devices. I chose the CableCreation 0.5 foot USB-C to USB-A 3.0 adapter because I've used this model before and love the dongle-like design. Cables used included a Basesailor braided USB-C extension cable, a Nintendo USB-C charging cable, and a Cabepow MiFi-certified 90-degree, 6-foot USB-to-Lightning cable. Both the adapter and all the cables fitted perfectly into the EQWOL unit and caused no problems with charging. The charger performed well in all tests and quickly charged everything I put through it - an iPhone 12 Pro, a Nintendo Switch charging controller (in game) and my AppleTV remote. The real marathon happened when the 13-inch 2nd-gen iPad Pro was being charged while streaming full-screen video — a fairly energy-intensive task that other chargers often struggle to handle. Luckily, EQWOL not only powered the iPad, but also provided enough additional power to fully charge the device during playback. Surprisingly, the charger didn't feel warm in any of my tests, even on the most demanding tasks. I'm not sure even Apple's OEM chargers can brag about it. I was very impressed with the performance of the EQWOL charger, particularly its ability to handle power hungry devices and its proven ability to stay cool while you work. I would buy this device (and possibly other products from the company) without hesitation. in the future.
