Bought for my 3.5 year old twins' room. They love to look up at the stars before bed and this light has a nice warm glow. Usually we make white light, sometimes blue. My daughter said moving lights were "distracting" so we don't usually use this feature. In this case I would like to buy the same with remote control, but in general it's a good night light. I like that it has a power cord because we have a similar battery powered flashlight that lasts less than 8 hours on 3 AA batteries. However, the one that comes with it is a bit shaky as the connection to the light is loose and if you move it at all the light will flicker or go out entirely.
