I have used the OOK brand for all my picture hanging projects. It's a hang beast and has never let me down. Although the label says the hanger should be attached to the post, I've only used them on drywall and they've worked well. I wouldn't recommend going for as much as ยฃ100. no bolt, but you can hang pretty heavy paintings on drywall alone with these hangers.
