38 would be perfect. The color of the cognac matched my Stacey Adams cognac.

4 stars because of the fit. It's probably my fault for choosing to order it with my actual waist size. Make sure you order a few sizes up as I ordered a 36 (my waist) and this is the very last hole in the belt. 38 would be perfect. The cognac color matched my cognac Stacy Adams shoes perfectly.
