"This is a great exercise machine. It has helped my son a lot to feel safe and get rid of his fear of cycling. It was easy to put on and easy to adjust in height. Once it has been tightened and then it fits. It helps when I use it with my toddler's little bike. I don't have to bend down and hurt my back just trying to get her moving until she can pedal on her own. then I will go to my sons and help him without training wheels. I think that's handy.
