I like that it's easy to use, has all of our requirements in one place (and they are many), is very flexible with customization options - we have been able solve any issue or question quickly! The UI could be improved by adding more colors/icons so users can see what each section does easily without having read documentation first; also add better instructions when creating new dashboards as some functionality isn't intuitively obvious at this time- especially if you're not familiar wtih their product line yet.- We needed an application where multiple people would work together collaboratively using different tools such as Excel & Word but need access from anywhere via mobile devices / laptops etc., This allowed us freedom while still keeping everyone working off same files simultaneously which was important since there were several stakeholders involved who had differing roles within various departments across three countries plus remote workers too.
