More of a ribbon than an elastic

This ribbon had some good reviews but I was very disappointed when I received it. The elastic is not elastic at all, if you pull hard it will stretch and stay that way. You will definitely need cord locks to keep them on your ears when using face masks. However, very careful sliding over the cord lock would wear down the material. I do NOT recommend.
