This product is one of the few I found for my SurfacePro so I was disappointed when it didn't work properly. The touchscreen is not as responsive as without the privacy screen. I found myself pushing harder than usual to get an answer. The problem is that the magnet actually lifts the privacy screen's surface a fraction of an inch, and to get any response you have to press the privacy screen against the actual screen. If it makes sense I've also noticed that the magnet seems to affect the functionality of the keyboard. The keyboard backlight doesn't seem to work when this privacy shield is in place, and the keyboard doesn't stick to the screen as easily. The keyboard is still typing, but some minor issues have made me stop using this privacy screen.
