I used this cosmetic case on a recent long weekend getaway and will not be using it for travel again. It doesn't do a good job of both storing items and easily accessing items when they're in a bag. Cons: - Elastic bands on one side give very little "give". Some of my large bottles, brushes, etc. are difficult to secure with straps. Mesh pockets hold small travel-size bottles, but no more. A small zipped pocket with a snap to attach to the inside of the bag for easy access, although a good idea, too short to fit the things I needed to stuff inside like mascara. I used the case that came with my toothbrush. Although it worked, the container was very difficult to clean afterwards. - The bag is too deep to be used at the destination. It was hard to find the things that were downstairs and I ended up having to unpack everything while I was in my hotel room. Positives: - Attractive color - Soft side design made it easy to "squeeze" into an open space in my suitcase. I use it now to store some of the larger bathroom items, but it doesn't work well for organizing travel toiletries.
