Went to pick up a bike. 2 nuts were missing - had to be bought at hardware store. Continuation of assembly. I went to check the tires. back great. Front tire, rear stem burst. He barely sat on the edge of the rim. Now with a bike pre-booked for a family birthday for our grandchildren! (It's scary putting the other 4 together)! The only way to replace it is to spend extra time waiting and building another bike and then reboxing it for shipping back. I didn't want this hassle. I'm honestly giving it 3 stars as I think it would be a good bike if it wasn't for the hassle. So very disappointed!
