Works well but. for my opinion
This system works well. My only problem is that while my grandfather stays in one place but I don't. I either need a second plug-in chime or a portable chime. This system does not work with other SadoTech products, therefore I had to purchase an entire second kit to get the setup I need.

- The necklace might have limited customer support or returns policy
