This is a decent pillow and serves the purpose of my purchase. I bought this pillow after back surgery to support my back and front as a side sleeper. Before this purchase I was using 5 standard pillows and wanted to replace them with one. Reasons for only 3 stars: 1) The top where the head goes was causing pain in my neck so I turned it upside down and put my feet on it with a regular pillow, 2) after a few days of use I had to sew up the gap in the middle of the inner cover to keep the filling from coming out, and 3) the material of the outer pillowcase rolls and scratches, and there are no replacement pillowcases.
