Really important for your back
No matter how I sit at the computer these days, my back is killing me most of the time. That extra lumbar support really helped keep my lower back from getting stiff - even the first day I used it! My upper back in the shoulder blade area feels better now (3rd day of use). I love that I can tie it to the chair to fix it or adjust it to a different height on the chair. I highly recommend this pillow!
