I just bought two of these shelving sets (black, 5 tier) and the individual shelves were manufactured UPSIDE DOWN. The corner pegs are facing the wrong way, the cross bars are on the wrong sides. how? Each of the shelves are like drawers. I ordered shelves, not drawers! I had previously bought two of these exact same sets and everything was perfectly fine. How do you screw this up?EDIT: Added an additional picture for clarity.EDIT 2: So, Langria contacted me. Their approach to customer service is to ignore my explanation and tell me they think I was trying to put it together wrong. So I send a photo showing the problem. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they offer a free coat rack. I don't want a coat rack. I want to buy the shelves that are PICTURED ON THIS PAGE. Is that possible?
