This pillow is very comfortable. I didn't use it much because, to be honest, it didn't help me sleep better. I know a pillow between my knees is supposed to do this, but I haven't found this to apply to me. At first I just get restless. I bought this after I had back surgery and was not allowed to sleep on my back. The strap is a bit long and difficult to get a snug fit if you have skinny legs. But I think for some people it could be a great product!
