I've been using HID for quite some time now. But they made me a digital LED way. Now let me say that I installed them in a pair of headlights that use PROJECTORS and not reflectors. They make much better use of lumens and unnecessary reflective light patterns. These bulbs have more intensity than other LED headlights I've seen. The beam pattern isn't perfect with some shaded areas on the bottom and sides. I'm still very happy with the pattern as it has strong intensity right in front of me and still strong coverage of the outer edges of dark roads. Installation on my 2021 Elantra, which came from the factory, went very smoothly with no clearance or mounting issues. halogens. Installed in the recommended positions 3 and 9 and had enough room to reinstall the factory dust cap. No resistors or capacitors required. No flickering, error displays or CAN checks. Perfect color matching of the factory white LED lighting.
