Review on ๐Ÿฑ Enhance Your Cat's Playtime with Vesper Cat Furniture Play Center by Popeye Knight

Not for my cats, odd design choice, good build quality.

Like many cat owners, I've seen tons of cat furniture. The problem with most of them is that they are an eyesore. Conventional scratching posts leave dirt everywhere, whether it's carpets or sisal scratching posts. Cardboard scratching posts look cheap (although my cats love them). When my cardboard scratching post finally ran out, I started looking for a replacement. receive this as an attempt to replace the box. In addition, it is not ugly and harmonizes well with wood. The design was much simpler than the V-Base. It probably took me about 10 minutes to get everything working. The fit and finish is good which is what I would wish for other than the Vesper brand. Removable scratch pads / soft microfiber pads are a big plus for this brand. That's where my positives end. This design is just awkward. In the main picture they show one of the 'configuration options' but when you look at it the microfiber plush pillow is at a vertical angle making it unusable. I assume it's "Scratch" mode. To use the soft microfiber head, you need to place it on the large, flat side that covers the scratching post. Because the scratching post and plush cushion are different sizes, you cannot assemble them in reverse order. They also show off a "mode" where you can put anything that looks silly to the side. All in all, my cats don't use this. I think Vesper could find a way to use all elements at once. Of course, it's possible to get into a cat's mind with ESP and figure out which mode works best for him at any given time, but even then it'll be a constant swiping and refreshing. I don't like playing around with cat furniture. Unfortunately, this item was not for my cats.
