Everyone has been extremely helpful throughout all aspects of our advertising journey together - from creative to execution; there's always someone who can help or point you towards that person/team if needed (and not just for PR reasons). The fact they've helped us so much along way during such an important time as launching was amazing too!! They were also very quick about getting back once we found out their proposal wasn't what fit well within budget constraints which again made me feel valued because it meant everyone got paid!
