Failed to load media. I bought 16 packs of these lamps. They should be dimmable from 10% to 100%. Of 16 9 headlights, 7 headlights were scrap. This is 44% bad! The lights flicker and don't turn on fully at the lowest level. It's only when you hit 1/3 power (two won't turn on fully until you hit 75% power) that they turn on fully! A licensed electrician installed dimmer lights in three locations. I had two Lutron dimmers and one TreatLife smart dimmer. Every dimmer circuit has indicators that flicker and do not turn on when the dimmer is set to its minimum value. You have to crank them up to the 1/3 or 2/3 setting for them to turn on. I asked my electrician about it and he said it was just bad light. We swapped the bad headlights for other headlights and it's clear that it's the headlights themselves and not the chains. I emailed the company and luckily they sent a replacement but 43% of a batch of 16 are TERRIBLE QUALITY. I think capacitors are cheap. I don't expect these bulbs to last long as they went bad out of the box. DO NOT BUY THESE LAMPS. **UPDATE** It is now January 2021, I bought them in September 2020 and had ALL these headlights replaced under warranty. EVERYONE. SINGLE. The LIGHT began to flicker over time and the threshold of when it is fully lit is increasing (which means you first need 20% power to fully ignite, then 25%, then 30%, then 40% etc. ) d.) . Capacitors are likely to be extremely cheap and wear out. Lamps are also very temperature sensitive. Leaving them on for hours will get hot and burn components. The only good news is that the 7 year warranty is good and there are no issues with the warranty. They just send you new ones, which leads me to believe this is a common occurrence. Rather spend a little more, buy better headlights.
