Bought these to keep my homemade skincare products in the fridge so I can do more. The bottles themselves are made of very thin, pliable plastic with dimensions clearly marked on the outside. The tips are very secure and are unlikely to fall out accidentally. However, actual coverage will be. When you press the bottle to squeeze out the product, the cap will definitely come off. Remember I was working with a chilled lotion, so it was the consistency of mayonnaise and I squeezed it quite aggressively, but a screw cap shouldn't pop like that when you close it. I suspect the flexibility of the plastic is to blame. Silicone bottles do the same. But if you plan on using it for something more subtle, you should be fine. So far I haven't had any problems with leakage. My problem seems to be rather the opposite. I can't get my lotion out (although I cut off part of the tip) without opening the lid. So for real liquids, they're great. Creams are not very good.
