We were initially skeptical about these nappies but they worked very well and eventually my wife prefers them to Pampers Baby Dry (our favorite nappies). Why?* No leaks. We haven't had any leaks while using it. (We also rarely had leaks with Pampers) * Fits well. * Dry clean. This is the main reason my wife loves these diapers. She says our son with diapers has what she describes as a slimy film on his butt after it dries, even after blow-drying. She felt that with Medline diapers, she could dry his butt with a hair dryer and he would feel dry. She thinks that's why we might have a hasty problem. My son may need diapers for sensitive skin, which Baby Dry is not specifically marketed for. Either way, they seemed to meet the needs of our sensitive skin. Summary. Although first impressions were that they looked a bit cheap, they definitely met our needs and we were very happy with them. The funny thing about diapers is that what works on one baby may not work on another. However, they are easy to recommend to see if they work for you.
