Adequately supportive and cool sleep
I've been using this pillow for several weeks now, I feel it gives my neck enough support, I really see an improvement in sleep quality. The pillow seems to use blue gel which is comfortable and cool to rest your head on. I would recommend it if you want to relieve neck pain.
