Picky and picky cats like it.
I definitely prefer grain-free pellets, and while that means I have to spend more, it's also harder to find one that my cats like (whereas they love everything at trash brands). I feed them mostly wet food and leave the pieces in the bowl for long work days. My two purebreds (Singapore and Oriental Shorthair) and my roommate's tabby, who eats anything, all love it.
