I like that we have built in support for our product by allowing us access into specific areas of razor's workflows as well has being ableto see all tickets related tpour projects at once with one click from any ticket or project page! Not much dislike about it so far but i am sure there is something out their somewhere not made clear enough when you first use them (or maybe just me). We are solving issues around software releases quickly using this tool which makes everyone happy!! I like that it is easy for me to use with a web browser. It does not require installation or anything like that. It's also easy to make changes to existing processes. It's difficult to keep track of everything you need to do when using this software. There are so many tabs and different screens that it's hard to find what you're looking for sometimes. I'm solving my problem of making sure all of our internal processes are updated and correct.
