I bought this suit for swimming so I don't need much support and even then I noticed a lack of support for my left breast while swimming. I would not use it for water aerobics or any activity that requires support. For reference, I wear plus size 18/20 pants and a bra size depending on the style, but usually cup size 42/44 F or G. My left breast is almost a cup size larger. I bought a size 20 to accommodate my bust and I usually wear it with tankini tops (Croft and Barrow size 20 fits my bust and offers decent support). The costume looks good and appears to be of good quality. I won't order a size up as I felt the straps had already loosened a little (I have a short torso) and while they didn't fall off I think they would go up a size. .I will keep this suit for laps as it will do, but unfortunately I will not order another suit with a different pattern as it just doesn't fit me. I think it would be a great costume for someone else.
