I'd seen these head massagers before, but didn't really care until I visited a friend abroad and used them. OMG I love this! I can be quite stressed during the day and sometimes find it difficult to relax. I'm also the type of person who can't really relax with a massage until it gets to the scalp. Then I melt. This product gives you that instant gratification! It won't change your life, but it can instantly relax you and give you goosebumps. I simply move the device over the scalp and press down. The metal arms cracked fairly easily. I use it for short periods when the mood kicks in, so having two packs helps. I like to have one in my living room, in my coffee table drawer, and one on my bedside table. Fun to use for a few minutes while watching TV, before bed, or when you're feeling tense and/or want a sudden tingle!
