The product is not very sophisticated. It looks like the manufacturer took the security camera and app reference design with some modifications and launched it with this product. The dispenser works perfectly. However, the app can be improved. I use an Android phone. During the installation I was prompted to set a password for the device. I used letters and numbers. Then the app cannot connect to the device. I factory reset the device and run the setup again using only the numbers in the password. Then it starts to work normally. The app appears to be based on a security camera app with a "Share Now" button. The UI design is terrible. Screen layout and controls are not aligned. Unsupported security camera features will still appear in the app. Anyway, I have the share now button and the camera is working. The device is a good idea, but I wish the manufacturer would hire good software developers to improve the application.
