I gave this product 3 stars for pain relief because it's not designed for additional pain relief such as pain relief. B. a pouch or embedded receptors for a TENS machine or even an ICY HOT patch. Otherwise it's a great product, very comfortable when worn around the waist. After 1 week of continuous use for at least 4 hours a day, it hasn't left any odor or contaminate my skin. The block also has bars that provide extra support when the block is secured. Surprisingly, I can almost feel my lower back relieve when I'm buttoned up. I think a model with a removable TENS unit and/or pouch for additional pain relief would be on my Christmas list.
