Pros1. Cozy. Not hard, not soft. 21.5 inches from armrest to armrest. 2. This is a durable chair. The base is metal under plastic covers, the handles are metal, the mechanism is durable. 3. Cheap. I couldn't find anything near that price. Cons 1. It's a little difficult to assemble. The included Allen key will almost do the job. I suppose you could get it working. I used my own tools. And it's not easy. You may need two people for this. 2. The packaging is not very good. It was easy to take it out of the box but the package with screws and stuff was open.3. The plastic cover of the case was slightly crumpled. It could have been included in 2. It doesn't really matter to me. 4. It seems a little high. Xs, maybe because the old one was lower. On the other hand, my feet rest on the ground. Doesn't seem bad. Overall I am very happy with the chair now that I have it and where it is going. I'm 6'5" and about 300 pounds.
