Really nice to use. They come flat but stretch out when wet. They are long and flexible so you can fold or wrap them around the limbs to create a large brushing surface that makes it easier to use. I put shower gel on mine and they lather well. The texture is soft enough to feel nice and smooth and rough enough to flake. I'm really very impressed. I like how the washcloth flakes off. Gives the skin a radiant glow, unlike synthetic fabrics that do not have this effect; Maybe they are too hard on the skin. However, some loofahs are so hard that they are difficult to use, and their edges are hard that can be scratched. This loofah is not like that. The edges are beveled and naturally rounded. I saw another review that said they could be cut. True, but I wouldn't do it. i like the length Things to note: They must be air dried after showering. I'll research the best ways to keep them clean because they retain water which can encourage bacterial growth. But that's the nature of a washcloth.
