My boss was very helpful in guiding me through my career transition into PR/Communications at this firm where I am currently working for now! The people here are great to work with as well!! Nothing really specific but they were all so nice & professional throughout our first few months of employment together that it's been easy going forward since then :) If you're looking around there might be other opportunities available depending upon your experience level - or maybe even just apply directly if possible given their open policy regarding new hires? Definitely give them an opportunity before making any decisions about what else out there could possibly suit better than BC ;).
