I bought these to provide some light when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. So far, so good. The 2 lighting settings are good and work as advertised. A few minor improvements make them even better: 1) Ability to adjust motion sensitivity. Depending on where you set your sensitivity, this might not be an issue. But for me, since they are in the main bathroom, any movement in the bedroom within range will trigger the sensor. So there are only 2 spots in my bathroom to keep this. The one where it triggers too easily, or the next wall that only triggers after I've already entered. High, medium, low would be great. 2) Sensor detection angle. Although the sensor works well, the detection angle could be improved. As I mentioned in my setup, the sensitivity means I have to place it on a nearby wall. However, since it's not a wider detection angle, I have to get past the sensor for it to work. It would be better if he could feel me as soon as I was next to him. 3) With the automatic setting, the light should go out as soon as there is enough light in the room. For example, if you turn on a moving light and then turn on a light in a room, the light will stay on the entire time instead of turning off. The whole purpose of the automatic setting is to turn on when there isn't enough light and motion is detected. So as soon as any of these things turn out to be wrong, the lights must go out. It's more about battery life than anything else. I would spend more money for these additional functions.
