Heat resistant, but fairly stiff

Very protective, can tell things are hot or cold, but not to an uncomfortable level. Not very flexible, so picking up smaller items with any accuracy is not going to be easy. Bought for hassling frozen meat when grinding sausage, so they should work decently for that.
