If you're worried about getting wet, look no further, but airflow will come at the cost. The rainfly literally wraps itself around the tent and the air doesn't move. When the fly is removed, it's great. With this you will have trouble getting out in hot/humid conditions. As for the space, it's huge. Lots of space to spread out. 9 people is stupid. I'd probably bet 5-6 if you consider comfort. Great design. 4 poles (color coded) make this easy. Assembly for 1 person no problem. I wish the door zip was redesigned. Happens all the time. It was very difficult for my children. but they are small (&9) and it's camping anyway.
