Beautiful shoes. High-quality materials. My niece is very slim but the elastic straps were too tight even for her. The soles of her shoes reach to her toes. Although they are thick and can take a lot of wear and tear, she couldn't wear them because the edge of the sole dug into the soft underside of her ankles. If the sole fitted better I don't think she would ever take it off.
