These blue light blocking glasses are a lifesaver for anyone who spends a lot of time on their computers. Through trial and error I found that these glasses do a great job of reducing eye strain and minimizing headaches .The clear lenses make it easy to see my screen, but also provide protection from harmful blue light. the lightweight frame is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The only downside is that they may not fit every face shape perfectly. Overall, I highly recommend these glasses to anyone who spends a lot of time on their computers..
