Like. I'm using it with two 1080p monitors - one HDMI and the other with a DVI to HDMI cable and the video is responsive. I'm glad I bought it, but there are a few things to note. On my work laptop (Lenovo E555) I have to keep the dock unplugged until the laptop turns on and I log in. If it is connected during boot, nothing will appear on the screen. On my personal laptop (Lenovo Edge 2) it works fine all the time. When I plug a headphone with built-in microphone into the headphone jack, I only get bad sound in my left ear. I didn't notice this with other devices. For regular speakers, plugging them into a docking station works much better than trying to use a monitor's audio-out jack. This was also a great purchase. I don't regret getting it. I switched from 4-5 cables to two. Video, internet, keyboard and mouse responsiveness, etc. all work great.
