Great Product! Small things have a big impact! Removes makeup without clogging skin pores. I've completed my first order and will definitely be ordering more! Inside is a spoon that you use to scoop up the balm. One of the future improvements of the product is to make it contactless because now you have to pick it up and wipe your hand to get the product. Of course a pump would be the best option but I don't know if the thick consistency of the product allows it to flow through easily. Now there are many brands where the 10 steps of Korean skin care became so popular and some of them deserve attention but this is the brand I like because of the quality, quantity and price.
