I bought my second bike light from Bright Eyes this Christmas when I noticed there was a new 1800 lumen light available. I've been so happy with their 1000 lumen light over the years that I decided to upgrade to a brighter light as I drive a lot at night. When I opened the box with the new light there were a lot of extras including 2 options to mount the light on the handlebars. Unfortunately, there was no small adapter that connects to the lamp and bike mount. I repaired my bike with the other device provided and it worked fine! I wanted to use a different mount as it was bigger and fit my bike better so I emailed support the day after Christmas. Don replied to me the next day, apologized and immediately sent me a replacement part. I received it very very quickly. It worked great. Don from customer service also asked me to reply to his email and let me know that I received the item. When I notified him that I had received the part, he replied and thanked me. He offered additional help when needed. The flashlight itself is very bright, well built, durable and works well. The battery is housed in a robust housing and is very easy to install. I would rate it 10 out of 10! I really appreciate a company that cares about their products and their customers! That's rare these days!
