I bought this bag to make carrying a heavy laptop bag easier and was very happy with it after doing a lot of research and reviews on many different options I ended up choosing this one with confidence.The bag was small when I opened it (I ordered a size 15.6) but I didn't let that slow me down as it was size that mattered in the end small to keep but when I tried to put my 15" Dell laptop in it the bag is hard to fit in. The rounded corners were square right away because I had to press them down with the top of the bag. I'm sad and very disappointed because I spent so much time researching and watching each video and looking at all the photos Manufacturer PLEASE be HONEST in your description That's why Onli ne-shopping such a chore! They should have described a 15.6" bag that FITS a 14" laptop or smaller, NOT a 15" laptop! To the buyer: This is a really decent bag with lots of pocket detailing and a double zip for the main pocket. Well built and I still recommend it if you're buying a smaller laptop! UPDATE: I wanted to post an update as WOWBOX contacted me without asking and offered to try and fix my issue. While there was no way to address the fact that my laptop would not fit in this bag, they made every effort to ensure I was ultimately satisfied as a customer by offering me an alternative bag from their line fit in my laptop, but I'm female and the option was too male for me. I ended up still hanging on to the other bag I ordered, but I wanted to give credit to KUDO'S Wowbox for their CUSTOMER SATISFACTION policy. Again, I really liked the bag - it was too small. I will continue to review this company and hope they improve the bag to fit a 15.6 inch laptop in the near future! WOWBOX. I hope you're listening🤗🤗🤗! They tried tirelessly to find me a backpack that fits my needs and looks unisex (the bad thing is the quality and the very good construction. Unfortunately due to the pandemic I was not able to write before the start of the school year. but for any future potential buyers , please support this business I can confidently say that based on my personal experience you will not be disappointed and just to be clear I WAS NOT PAID for my review!I am a HAPPY customer now and will continue to make more products from buy this company!
