A split second delay due to wireless control. The receiver/transmitter dongle has a very bright red LED that blinks annoyingly when not plugged in, and I had to cover it with black tape when using the direct USB connection. Went with wired usage and the lag was gone. Buttons also tend to fail and stick after repeated use but within the first 6 months. Between the lag in response and the need to press the buttons either very firmly or more than once for an action, I picked the best device. Went back to Microsoft Wireless and BT. My system basics: CPU i7 9th Gen; 4GHz; 32GB DDR4 SDRAM; Graphics card NVIDIA 1080 4GB; OPSIS Win10 64 Pro. (4) 1TB Samsung SSD; 2 TB hard drive, black; Internal BT radio with external dual frequency antenna. The system is a fast and true 4K monitor, so the cause of the controller's poor wireless performance isn't the result of a firmware issue or outdated technology disguised as new.
