On the first try, the bottom didn't work to charge the second phone (as some others have said). Only one lightbulb changed color. The second phone had no case, so no glitches. However, this made this phone "think" it was charging and had to restart for the indicator light to go away. By the time we went to bed, judging by the light indicators, it appeared that the top phone was charging. I woke up this morning with no light and my phone is NOT charged. We have a new iPhone 12 Pros 2nd try, I only used the top and saw it charge. After 30 minutes the base lost power again (no light). A piece of trash, come back.
