No Insulation, Poor Quality Luggage
After trying this product, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of insulation in this backpack. It is marketed as an insulated schoolbag, yet my child's lunch was warm by the time they got to school. The quality of the materials used is also very poor. The zippers are difficult to open and close, and the backpack itself feels flimsy and won't hold up to daily wear and tear. Save your money and invest in a better quality backpack.
