FIX: Volume control keeps getting stuck in this area due to poor fit. The plastic is so soft I shaved it with the edge of a pair of scissors to adjust the contact in that area and it works better but still blocks from time to time. It's impossible to keep shaving without losing the important piece that holds the case together. I thought it was similar to my Otterbox, but because of the thin molded plastic and silicone, I wondered how well protected it would be. The fit is well aligned with the ports and control buttons. It doesn't feel like a tight latch due to the narrow fitting edges; again in terms of durability and protection.
