I like how it's user friendly; all my documents are stored in one place so i don't have multiple folders! It also makes searching easier because everything can be found under 1 roof!! Sometimes when using certain features such as scanning reports or creating new contracts they will not work properly but other than those small glitches nothing major has come up yet. Definitely recommend if anyone needs an efficient way keep track of what files need scanned/copied etc., This saves me alot since before every month we had many different people trying find things from previous months by going through old emails & paperwork which was very tedious!
