The belt and buckle material is even better than expected. Straps are 54" waist. You simply cut them to length before attaching the buckles to fit the smaller sizes. The ratchet closure works well and the buckles are very strong and well made. It's a steal at this price, if you've ever bought decent belts from a men's clothing store, especially for plus sizes.
